Kathy has been the Executive Director since the Coalition's inception in 2019. Kathy and her husband, Tony, moved to Tishomingo County in 2017 from the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  After 28 years in public education, Kathy retired in 2016.  As she learned about Tishomingo County, she realized that there was no agency to connect the residents and agencies.  The mission for the Coalition was developed.  She has led Safe Haven since it first opened in January, 2020.

Lesa has served as a social worker for the past 20 years. She has experience with Region IV Timber Hills, the Mississippi Department of Human Services, and the Mississippi Department of Education. In 2021 she decided to transition her career to TC3 and it's shelter, Safe Haven. Lesa and her husband, Michael, are natives Tishomingo County, and she strives daily to help make it a better place to live, work, and grow.
